Build Your Spare Parts & Maintenance Business Contact or visit your fan, heater and evaporative cooler customers. Remind them that now is a good time to perform maintenance and that you carry replacement parts or can do the maintenance for them. At least you will sell some parts. Share Customer Success Stories Document and share your customer successes in fliers, e-mails or posters. Try using case studies, success stories, testimonials or examples of how other customers used your product or service successfully. Stick to simple words, short phrases and paragraphs consisting of 1-3 short sentences. Your recipients should not have to think too hard, parse long sentences or read big sections of text. Get the success stories into your customers' hands with e-mail, direct mail or pickup at your service counters. The more they know, the more they will buy!
Increase Your Marketing Most of your competitors have stopped marketing to save a few dollars. Now is the time to build your brand and presence when there is less competition.
