Product Description
The 72" BIGDOG ventilator is a 72" diameter, 3 Hp, belt-drive, fiberglass, 6-wing (aluminum), variable speed circulation fan fitted with 6 fully adjustable fiberglass air deflectors, allowing the air stream to be aimed wherever it is needed.
The optional variable frequency drive allows a smooth speed adjustment from 300 RPM to 50 RPM. Power consumption ranges from 2,200 watts to 300 watts.
The BIGDOG can be hung from the ceiling or post/wall mounted using optional post/wall mount hardware. The BIGDOG should be mounted at least 14 feet high, for optimal air distribution, and at least 8 feet from the ceiling to avoid choking the fan's air supply. The BIGDOG can be mounted horizontally, with the deflectors spreading the heat both left and right, or can be mounted on an angle with the deflectors pointing in the same direction the fan is already pointing.
At full speed, the BIGDOG is a large area personnel or equipment cooler. At lower speed, the BIGDOG is an air de-stratifier, redistributing tapped hot air from the ceiling and dramatically reducing heating bills. BIGDOG is easy to install and is extremely quiet and efficient at all speeds.
